You will learn about healthy eating and cooking, saving money at the grocery store, keeping food safe, and how to plan and prepare tasty meals. You will see a cooking demo and taste some new recipes. Registration is required. The Food $mart Program is free to those who are eligible. Anyone with limited resources and/or young children (0 - 18 years old) living at home is eligible. You will receive a bag of food and other items if you complete the 5 week program.

Learn the basics and tips and tricks of EQ8 software from an experienced user. Cindy King has been using and teaching EQ for several years. She will be teaching this free 2 session course in EQ8. Participants must have their own registered EQ8 software downloaded to their laptop computer in order to attend this course. All updates for your laptop and for the software should be run prior to attending. You may bring a bag lunch to the class. Preregistration is necessary as seats are limited.
